Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to take ownership of our custom SaaS architecture. This is a role for someone who thinks beyond the code and understands how technical decisions impact the business. We need a senior developer who can design scalable systems, justify their engineering choices, and support the team through shared problem-solving and clear communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of OOP

  • Proficiency in PHP

  • Experience with Symfony PHP framework

  • Experience with Python or Node.js

  • Relational databases, advanced knowledge of SQL and Doctrine ORM

  • Experience with React and Redux

  • Writing testable and well documented code

  • Advanced knowledge of Version Control System (GIT)

  • Sysadmin and Linux/Unix skills

  • Knowledge of Docker

  • Architectural Thinking

  • Business Understanding

  • Team Leadership

  • Written and spoken English

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Big Data

  • Experience with NoSQL databases

  • Experience with ChatGPT, Anthropic and other AI providers

  • Experience with AWS, Scaleaway, Kibana, ElasticSearch

  • Experience with Temporal

  • Experience in modeling statistical data

  • Experience with other similar technologies (Java, Spring, Vue, etc.)

  • Experience with legacy projects: testing and refactoring

  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or/and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
