Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)

Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (workloads, networking, scheduling, autoscaling)

Experience with Helm and managing complex multi-environment deployments

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)

Proficiency with Docker

Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, pipeline automation and build processes

Familiarity with event-driven autoscaling (HPA, KEDA, queue workers)

Strong experience with observability stacks, preferably Datadog (APM, logs, metrics, monitors)

Strong networking knowledge (Ingress, DNS, load balancing)

Experience with production troubleshooting and incident response

Security-oriented mindset: secrets management and security policies

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and documented infra code

Advanced GIT usage and workflow understanding

Strong written and spoken English

Experience with cloud-native environments (Scaleway, AWS, GCP, Azure)

Understanding of backend service architecture (PHP/Symfony is a plus)

Basic knowledge of GO language

Database performance understanding (MySQL, indexes, query optimization)

Experience implementing SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
