DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer (3+ years of experience) to join our growing team and work on the Conversation Intelligence platform, a SaaS product focused on AI-powered call processing, meetings, transcripts, and advanced analytics.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (workloads, networking, scheduling, autoscaling)

  • Experience with Helm and managing complex multi-environment deployments

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)

  • Proficiency with Docker

  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, pipeline automation and build processes

  • Familiarity with event-driven autoscaling (HPA, KEDA, queue workers)

  • Strong experience with observability stacks, preferably Datadog (APM, logs, metrics, monitors)

  • Strong networking knowledge (Ingress, DNS, load balancing)

  • Experience with production troubleshooting and incident response

  • Security-oriented mindset: secrets management and security policies

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and documented infra code

  • Advanced GIT usage and workflow understanding

  • Strong written and spoken English

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with cloud-native environments (Scaleway, AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Understanding of backend service architecture (PHP/Symfony is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of GO language

  • Database performance understanding (MySQL, indexes, query optimization)

  • Experience implementing SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)

  • Prior experience modernizing or stabilizing legacy infrastructure
